The New Sweden Cemetery Maintenance District will hold a regular meeting at 10:00 a.m. on March 18, 2026, at 828 S 35 West, Idaho Falls, Idaho 83402. The agenda of the meeting will include:

Resignation of Jeff Bryant
Appointment of replacement for Jeff Bryant
Make plans to meet at ICCU to update accounts
Plan for cleanup of cemetery
Assignment of responsibilities
Discuss having an internal audit
Updating contact info with the county, funeral homes, website, etc

Notice of Budget Hearing Meeting

August 10, 2025 - The New Sweden Cemetery Maintenance District budget hearing meeting will be held at 7 pm on August 20, 2025, at 828 S 35th W, Idaho Falls, Idaho. The proposed budget for fiscal year 2026 is:

July 30, 2025 - The New Sweden Cemetery Maintenance District will hold a regular meeting at 7:00 p.m. on August 7, 2025, at 5760 S 55th West, Idaho Falls, Idaho 83402. The agenda of the meeting will include:

Review and approve minutes from the August 21, 2024 meeting
Review and approve meeting agenda
Public comments
Discuss open action items from previous meetings
Review previous year expenses
Discuss/propose any changes to fees
Discuss previous year activities
Discuss possible changes to policies, practices, rules and   regulations
Develop a proposed budget for Fiscal Year 2026 for the annual   budget hearing meeting to be held on August 20, 2025
